4.2. Terms of Service:
At A-Void Solutions, we believe in transparent and fair partnerships. This policy provides a clear summary of the termination and refund terms outlined in our standard 12-month Service Agreement. While this page is for your convenience, please note that the signed Service Agreement is the governing legal document for our engagement. Our standard Service Agreement runs for a fixed term of twelve (12) months. To ensure clarity and prevent unwanted charges, our agreements do not automatically renew. If you wish to continue our services beyond the initial term, we require a written request at least one (1) month before your current agreement expires.

4.3. Termination of Services
4.3.1. Termination by the Client
We understand that circumstances can change. Here is how you can terminate your Service Agreement:
-
Within the First Month: You may terminate the agreement for any reason within the first month of service. We require a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice before the desired termination date.
-
Within the First Six (6) Months (Without Cause): If you choose to terminate the agreement without cause within the first six months, a termination settlement will apply. This settlement covers the value of services already rendered and costs we have incurred. The fee is capped at a maximum of one (1) month’s full service fee and is payable within sixty (60) days of your termination notice.
-
Termination for Cause: You have the right to terminate the agreement if A-Void Solutions fails to meet its contractual obligations. Depending on the nature of the breach, the following applies:
(i) Performance Issues: A seven (7) day written notice is required.
(ii) Breach of Confidentiality: Termination can be effective immediately upon notice.
(iii) Other Material Breaches: For any other significant breach of the agreement, we are granted a thirty (30) day period
to remedy the issue after receiving your written notice. If the issue is not resolved within this period, the agreement
may be terminated.

4.3.2. Termination by A-Void Solutions
A-Void Solutions reserves the right to terminate the agreement under the following circumstances:
-
For Non-Payment: If payments are not made in accordance with the Service Agreement, we may terminate the agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice.
-
Without Cause: Should we need to terminate the agreement without cause, we are obligated to continue providing all active services until the end of the calendar month in which the notice was served.
-
For Cause: If the Client is in material breach of the agreement, we will provide a written notice detailing the breach. The Client will have thirty (30) business days to remedy the issue. If the breach is not corrected within this period, the agreement may be terminated.

4.4. Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds is directly linked to the services rendered and the terms of termination.
-
General Principle: Unless stated otherwise in the Service Agreement, fees paid to A-Void Solutions are for services already performed or in progress and are therefore non-refundable.
-
Upon Termination: In any termination scenario, the Client is responsible for paying for all services performed and any outstanding balances owed up to the effective date of termination.
-
Client Termination Settlement: As noted above, if a client terminates without cause in the first six months, a termination settlement fee is required in lieu of a refund. This fee compensates for work and resources committed to the project.
We are committed to a successful partnership. If you have any questions about this policy or are considering changes to your service, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
